The Garden Grove facility has 40,000 square feet of covered space. This facility is scheduled to open late August 2006. The facility will house a new SNK 3 spindle, 3 axis high speed gantry; a Cincinnati 3 spindle, 5 axis and Cincinnati 4 spindle, 3 axis gantry for hard metal machined components. Additionally, there are two 3 spindle, 3 axis, 18 foot gantries for hard metal machined components scheduled for installation late 2006.

The Gothard facility has 58,000 square feet of covered space. This facility is the corporate headquarters for PCA Aerostructures. The Gothard facility primarily specializes in complex hard metal 3, 4 and 5 axis machined components. In addition to its hard metal capabilities, the Gothard facility offers high speed 5 axis gantries for complex aluminum monolithic machined components. All kitting and assembly programs are managed and completed at the Gothard facility.
